Facilities rental information
The Concord International SDA Church has two spaces that can be rented for hourly or day use.
NOTE: The church or the fellowship hall is not for rent from sundown Friday until sundown Saturday.
Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall
For Weddings:
This application comes in three (3) parts. The first must be turned in with the fee in order to secure your reservation for a wedding date. It must be received no later than 30 days prior to your wedding. The second part covering florists, coordinate and other arrangements must be received no later than 30 days prior to your wedding. The second part covering florists, coordinator and other arrangements must be received in the church office no later than two (2) weeks prior to your wedding date.
The third part consists of the guidelines for church weddings at the Concord International SDA Church. These should be retained by the bride for her reference.
If you are planning on having the pastor of the Concord International church perform the ceremony, you need to call the church office at (925) 676-4111.
Please answer all questions in this application. We may need to contact the various individuals listed after the wedding. Explain any omissions of information. Not all information may be pertinent to your situation.
When the second section is returned to the church office, you should discuss access to the church building, PA use, and any questions you may have.
